Role Description
Nova's IT department is leading an advanced global solutions, architectures and services.

Key responsibilities
• 1st and 2nd Tier of Microsoft Windows client support (Windows 7/10)
• Laptop and desktop hardware knowledge 
• LAN and WIFI configuration and support 
• Forscout NAC 
• PC security and Mcafee antivirus

To success in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• 4 years of Help Desk / IT experience
o Corporate endpoints running Windows 7 and higher
o Microsoft Office365 support
o Active Directory account management
• Windows installation with SCCM
• High proficiency in written and spoken English. 
• Service oriented attitude
• Able to investigate a problem and provide a solution
• Ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
