Role Description
In this role you will join Nova's Global Service Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update documentation for hardware and software products including: User Manuals, Installation Guides, Preventive Maintenance Manuals, Quick Reference Guides, Release Notes, Technical Field Orders, Technical Notes, and online help for Nova's product lines
• Documentation will be authored and published, in accordance with predefined styles
• Create relevant graphics for documentation
• Review the interface at the development stage for usability and conformity to Nova standards
• Ability to interview subject matter experts and users at various levels within the company, including product specialists, program managers, programmers, and engineers to gather information for development of the documentation
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Technical Writing
• Excellent English (mother-tongue level)
• Excellent outlining, writing, and editing skills
• Excellent research, interviewing and communication skills
• Ability to author/edit/format professional documents while adhering to a predefined style guide
• Work includes contact with engineers to clarify content - spoken Hebrew is therefore required
• Experience with publishing and authoring tools such as Flare, FrameMaker, Word, Adobe Acrobat, RoboHelp (or equivalent), PowerPoint 
• Experience with the following tools are an advantage: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Familiarity with HTML, XML, Excel, Visio, and Flash is an advantage
