Role Description
In this role you will join Nova’s Supply Chain division. You will gather all import activities and interfaces with freight forwarders, Sales and Service operation teams and global subsidiaries at the company. 
The main goal is to comply with import regulations and import legality. Import process should support import regulation and legality by documentation and preservation of information regarding import, to ensure robust process and all information exists in Nova's ERP system.
This is a temporary position for 6-8 months (covering for maternity leave) 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage shipments from vendors and from subsidiaries (RMA returned) in terms of OTD and comply with Nova’s procedures
2. Coordinate prick up from our customers / subsidiaries 
3. Issue documents to return parts from customers / subsidiaries and labels 
4. Receive all documentation from shipping companies
5. Open import files in import Priority module
6. Manage NCR shipments (defected parts from vendors)
7. Ensure that shipping document complies with import regulations and import legality (declaration of origin, send export proof for RMA part)
8. Quality of shipments will be presented on quarterly Basis


1. 5 years experience in import and / or export role - a must
2. Demonstrated flexibility / adaptability to a dynamic, fast -paced team environment
3. Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office
4. Requires effective verbal and written communication skills
5. High level of English
6. Knowledge in priority (ERP system) - advantage
7. BA is a must
