Role Description

The helpdesk provides service for Nova employees over the phone or face to face

Key responsibilities
• 1st and 2nd Tier of Microsoft Windows client support (Windows 7/10)
• Workstation hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Installation and support of user environment
• Support peripheral equipment
• Network troubleshooting

• 2 years of IT experience
  • Corporate endpoints running Windows 10 
  • Microsoft Office support
  • Active Directory support
• Support Endpoint Hardware and software
• High level of English 
• Service oriented attitude
• Able to investigate a problem and provide a solution
• Ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
