Role Description
Nova global IT is leading advanced solutions, architectures and services to enable Nova business.

The helpdesk provides service for Nova employees over the phone or face to face.

Key responsibilities

· 1st and 2nd Tier of Microsoft Windows client support (Windows 7/10)

Workstation hardware and software troubleshooting.
Installation and support of user environment
Support peripheral equipment
Network troubleshooting

2 years of IT experience
Corporate endpoints running Windows 10 
Microsoft Office support
Active Directory support
Support Endpoint Hardware and software
High level of English 
Service oriented attitude
Able to investigate a problem and provide a solution
Ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
