Compensation and Benefits Analyst
Nova is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our Global HR team in leading Nova’s people culture and practices through running our Compensation and Benefits plans and processes

What will you do as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst?
o Manage Global Incentive plans – design and execute
o Run annual pay for performance processes including Annual Bonus and Annual Salary Review
o Provide ongoing C&B support for Global HR Field and Talent Acquisition teams
o Prepare and submit benchmark data for C&B surveys globally and analyze results
o Monitor external trends in relevant markets to maintain market positioning
o Define and implement People Analytics
o HR Information Systems - Manage processes and data
What will make you succeed in the role?
o Self-management skills, complete discretion, reliability and responsibility
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
o Full mastery of Excel, advanced knowledge of Word and Power-point
o 2-3 years’ experience in C&B or related subject matter
o BA in Economics or other analytical science
o Ability to clearly and concisely communicate and present complex data
o Excellent English
