• You’ll be joining the Sales Operation team: 
o Forecast Management: Assist account manager to manage via SalesForce 
o Order Management: Slot Reservations/Entire Order Entry/Configuration 
o Delivery Management: Shipping Plan Schedule/Delivery expedition
o MPS Interface: Preparing of Table with Shipments & Backlog for Monthly Sales forecast to Materials Dept. for MPS (Master Production Scheduling).
o Customers & Credit Assurance: New Customer Request, credit assurance
o Agreement legal review
o Letters of Credit: Request, approval of L/C Application, approval of L/C itself, amendments 

• What will make you succeed in the role?
o Education: Industrial and Management, Business Management, Economic B.A.
o Experience: 3 years in sales operation/accounting/economic or commercial unit
o Skills: High level of Excel (formula, pivot) , ERP system (priority), SalesForce 
o Languages: Hebrew, Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)

o Good communication skills
