In this role you will be joining the Global Service department in Nova responsible for the USA Service Coordination.

Job Description

The USA Service Coordinator as the focal point for Nova territory Customers, Partners, Account Managers, service managers and Service Engineers is responsible for assisting the Country Business Manager and Nova HQ Business Operations Manager in achieving Highest Customer Service quality and Customer satisfaction while maintaining the company Business objectives and procedures.


Work closely with the Country Business Manager, service managers, and Account managers on forecasting and ongoing customer related activities
End-to-End Order fulfillment from Opportunity to Quote to Customer Purchase order up to Delivery and cash collection escalations
Sales Orders Backlog follow up, work closely with Material team for supplies and shipping plan
Export / Import – work closely with partners on customs related shipping documents approvals and coordinate with HQ Export / Import team
Follow up on Tool down orders, ensure timely response from all relevant functionalities
Daily support of Service Engineers, review of Service call Part request and ordering parts for support
Manage Spares inventory per customer defined warehouses, Safety stock follow up and re-ordering from HQ
Service Call control and review including Inventory balancing, ensure Billable Service calls are correctly charged, Manage Customer returns of faulty parts to HQ for repair (RMA)
Support Service Contracts process and Billing Matrix
Responsibility for Install Base updates and New tool installations at customers site
Perform Quarterly Inventory count process
Work closely with the HQ Global Service coordinator for month / quarter revenue closing

To success in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: 

Fluent English – Speaking, Reading, Writing
BA / B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management / Business Management or equivalent
+3 years of experience as Sales / Service coordinator in a global multi-disciplinary company
Strong analytic skills
Strong excel skills – Must be proficient in Excel (including formulas, functions, pivot etc..)
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow and complete tasks with a high level of organization, responsibility, and efficiency, ability to provide excellent performance under pressure
ERP systems – a must. ERP Priority - an advantage
