Nova is seeking a Global VP of Information Technology (IT) to oversee all IT operations within the company. The position involves strategic planning, designing, developing, and implementing organizational Information Systems, Business Applications, IT infrastructure, and support. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising the implementation and maintenance of the company's computing products and with a focus on leading the implementation of a new Global ERP system.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and part of the OPS staff. 

• Developing and executing a global IT strategy in the domains of Business applications, Network and Service system/center
• Leading and managing the Global ERP implementation while collaborating with internal and external partners
• Developing and maintaining corporate policies and standards aimed at maximizing effectiveness related to the acquisition, implementation, and operation of IT systems
• Identifying emerging information technologies to be analyzed, assimilated, and integrated within the organization to support business needs and growth
• Overseeing the development and maintenance of the systems architecture and defining standards and protocols for data exchange, communications, software, and interconnection of company information systems
• Developing and managing professional interfaces with different stakeholders to gather all data and requirements for IT System and support
• Leading IT operational planning to achieve company business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization
• Leading the IT Department to support daily operations and enhancing IT systems and services to meet the needs of associates and partners
• Effectively managing the day-to-day development and execution of all information technology functions, including enterprise software, applications development, technology infrastructure (servers, workstations, peripherals, network, wireless devices, telecommunications, etc.)
• Overseeing the annual IT budget and IT plans
• Leading approved IT projects from start to end, ensuring tasks and ownership are assigned, timelines are met, and the project stays on scope and budget while providing continuous communication and updates
• Supervising the development and maintenance of websites and the company portal and ensuring the protection of users' data
• Providing management leadership for the IT team by hiring, training, retaining, and developing all members of the team to achieve high performance levels by ensuring a positive and ethical work culture
• Establishing IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures.
