Role Description

The European Team at Nova seeks a Sr. Business Manager who will lead the company's business strategy for our Asia Business. to ensure fulfillment of company’s yearly plans – revenue, penetrations, and key account activities in the regions.

As the Business Manager, you'll be responsible for fulfillment of Novas yearly plans and define, design and align on customers and accounts strategy together with the field and the sales team.

  • Familiarity with the competitive environment and market trends in Aisa within the semiconductor Industry.


  • Accountable for the company's products’ Revenue in his regions
  • Define, design and align on customers and accounts strategy together with the field and the sales team
  • Customize marketing material and present at technical review meetings at customers
  • Lead all delivery and operational processes to ensure on time requirements.
  • Ensure full alignment and execution with HQ departments on all activities
  • Provide and ensure all product needs are addressed by the product marketing team
  • Manage the evaluation of a new tool or major product releases.
  • Gather competitive intelligence on competitors and OEM partners
  • Provide technical pre-sale support and expertise in front of the customer for the company's solutions
  • Orchestrate the technical demonstration of the company's advantages in HQ or on-site
  • Represent the voice of the customer by providing the technical inputs from the field
  • Responsible for proposal engineering for opportunities in the regions
  • Order management liaison to Sales Operation
  • Manage customer requirements, quotations and specifications documents


  • Degree in Chemicals, materials or electronics
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales (field service, project business) with industrial customers, preferably in sales of capital equipment in Semiconductor Process/Process Control Capital equipment market
  • Proven experience in leading sales processes, negotiation and building customer relationship.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate an intercultural team.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to travel to visit clients, attend conferences, and engage in business-related events when needed.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential for effective communication and collaboration. Any other Asian language is a plus.
