Role Description
The Israeli Finance Department is looking for an Head of Bookkeeping / Accountant to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Managing all bookkeeping aspects of the company (Israel)
- Lead the month end close for our Israeli entity
- Lead the consolidation process
- Manage Intercompany balances and maintaining reconciliations
- Financial reporting tax authorities (i.e., VAT, corporate tax, etc.)
- Participate in the payroll process in Israel
- BOI reporting, and assistant in any other statutory monthly requirements
- Take part in the implementation of new systems and processes
- Help improve and define bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Lead independently Ad hoc accounting projects
Requirements
- Bookkeeping Certificate Type 1+2, 3
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years’ experience in a High-Tech industry – a must
- Experience with Oracle – a must
- High computer and excel skills
- Team player with great interpersonal; communication skills
- Solid understanding of a payroll process
- Flexibility and ability to deal with changing priorities
- High English level
- An experience from global companies- an advantage
