Role Description
The Finance Department at Nova is looking for an Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Asist in periodic revenue recognition processes
- Prepare monthly and quarterly work papers and reports for revenue recognition
- Issue ongoing customer invoices
- Be a focal point for customers (emails and phone)
- Improve processes with other departments
- Assist in ERP projects and implementation
- Other assignments as needed.
Main Interfaces:
- Revenue Controller
- Israel bookkeeping team
- Business Operation team
- IT team
Requirements
- Bookkeeping expert at Level 2 or 3
- 3 years of hands-on experience including overall view of AR process
- High tech experience - an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
- Ability to lead a specific area of responsibility from A to Z
- Teamwork and multi-tasking
