Role Description

The Finance Department at Nova is looking for an Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Asist in periodic revenue recognition processes
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly work papers and reports for revenue recognition
  • Issue ongoing customer invoices
  • Be a focal point for customers (emails and phone)
  • Improve processes with other departments
  • Assist in ERP projects and implementation
  • Other assignments as needed.

 Main Interfaces:

  • Revenue Controller
  • Israel bookkeeping team
  • Business Operation team
  • IT team

Requirements

  • Bookkeeping expert at Level 2 or 3
  • 3 years of hands-on experience including overall view of AR process
  • High tech experience - an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
  • Ability to lead a specific area of responsibility from A to Z
  • Teamwork and multi-tasking
