Role Description

NOVA MMD is a supplier of metrology equipment for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Our technology involves a combination of x-ray and electron/ion optics, high-precision opto-mechanical systems, vacuum technology, and electronic data acquisition systems.



  • Organize and maintain calendar and schedule appointments
  • Assist with scheduling meeting
  • Deal with incoming email, faxes and post
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as requested
  • Liaison with customers, suppliers and other staff
  • Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Arrange the executive travel, visit schedules and follow up
  • Act as travel coordinator in the US
  • Open employees in travel system
  • Assist employees with questions on travel systems.
  • Assist with marketing conferences
  • Manage Office Administrator
  • Up to 5 years of experience
  • Excellent skills in MS office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven success in working with diverse cultures
  • Prior Executive Assistant experience – Must
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
