Role Description

The facilities department at Nova is looking for a Facilities maintenance expert to join the growing team at our Rehovot HQ.

Responsibility for the integrity of the building for all its systems
In-depth knowledge and maintenance of electrical systems including, air conditioning, detection and shutdown, compressed air systems
Performing preventive maintenance for the company's systems such as: chillers, air conditioners, compressors, elevators, electrical systems, generators, UPS, etc.
Perform repairs if necessary, in all systems above
Accompanying contractors for work on company's property.
Monitoring the building control systems and fault repair when needed.

Proven experience with building maintenance and its systems including among other things - electricity, control, air conditioning - chillers, ATU, detection and extinguishing, sprinklers - Mandatory
Valid certified electrician's license - mandatory, master electrician - an advantage
Ability to work in stressful situations
Technical English - reading and understanding
High level interpersonal communication
Excellent service approach
Ability to work independently and perform routine tasks along with addressing immediate needs on site.
Willingness to work overtime and availability after work hours if necessary, may need to work on Friday.
