Role Description

The Global HR Team at Nova is looking for an HR Generalist to support and drive HR activities and processes within the company.

You’ll be joining the HR Global Field team:

  • A global team of professional who aims high and pave his way from Dream to Win through best HR practices and methods.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a focal point for all HR aspects and advisory to employees and managers.
  • Design, deliver and constantly improve our Onboarding proposition and programs in strong cooperation with the HQ team in order to guarantee a positive and professional employee experience.
  • Partner with HR HQ to ensure that HR processes are continuously reviewed and streamlined
  • From hire to Retire – lead and manage Employee Relations processes and support managers on people matters that require in depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and local labor laws.
  • Employee Experience – support and execute wellbeing activities, special occasions and more.
  • Maintain a coherent HRIS and payroll system (familiarity with Oracle Fusion & Hilan is an advantage)


Requirements

What will make you succeed in the role?

  • We are looking for a professional, high motivated, people person, responsible and caring candidate to join our growing team!
  •  2 years as an HR generalist/specialist/partner/recruiter in a fast-growing global company – MUST
  • Knowledge and experience in HR domains such as labor laws and other employee relations processes
  • Self-management, well organized and ability to hold many details and drive many activities in parallel 
  • Creative, initiative, and eager to deliver “state of the art” ideas and solution
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship
  • High level of Hebrew and English 
  • Passion about HR disciplines and eager to learn and grow
