Role Description

Nova is looking for an OD & Learning Partner, to join our Global HR unit in leading Nova’s people culture and practices.

In this role you will work with the OD & Learning Director in developing and leading organizational processes and programs - aligned with Nova’s strategy and culture.

Nova provides insights into process control in the world’s most technologically advanced industry. We employ physics, math, algorithms, software and hardware expertise to redefine the limits of possible in semiconductors’ manufacturing.

You’ll be joining the Global OD & Learning team for designing and implementing top notch development and learning processes and solutions - custom made to Nova’s needs, aligned with best practices and tools.

What will you do as OD & Learning Partner?

  • Lead OD and Learning routines and activities such as: Training programs, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, On-boarding process, Managerial forums, Organizational analysis and surveys etc.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand challenges and design solutions – aligned with their needs.
  • Initiate and execute learning and OD programs across the organization.
