Role Description

NOVA Korea is looking for an IT technician to provide IT service for Nova employee and customers in Korea

Responsibilities

You’ll be joining the Global IT team:

  • A professional global team from different cultures and with a passion for technology.

What will you do as Korea IT technician?

  • Support IT activities for Korea and Japan teams
  • Customer-related IT activities in Korea and Japan
  • 1st and 2nd Tier of Microsoft Windows client support (Windows 10)
  • Nova products support - Windows Servers , SQL server
  • Windows servers hardware troubleshooting
  • Investigate local cyber-security incidents
  • Workstation hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Installation and support of user environment
  • Support peripheral equipment
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Work with external IT vendors for purchasing and Internet service
  • User and permission management
Requirements

What will make you succeed in the role?

  • Junior system administrator or experienced (3+) years of IT support experience
  • Corporate endpoints running Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office support
  • Active Directory support
  • Support Endpoint Hardware and software
  • Basic Network knowledge
  • High level of English
  • Service oriented attitude
  • Ability to follow procedures and guidelines 
  • Able to investigate a problem and provide a solution
  • Work independently to solve problems and improve systems
