The Production at Nova is looking for a Production IM Line Manager

In this role you'll be joining the Production group in the Operations division as the IM line Manager

Team role is to manufacture and deliver multi-disciplinary products to our customers in the highest quality & on-time to enable company business

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage production line to enable company business by manufacturing and delivering multi-disciplinary products with focus on 100% on time delivery, highest quality, cycle time reduction and production independency
  • Build and maintain production infrastructure; process, procedures, knowledge, and jigs to improve efficiency
  • Maintain highly motivated production team, keeping Nova’s unique culture and spirit (good atmosphere, mutual support and serviceability with high commitment)
  • Actively involvement in PLC/NPI/ TTP of new products assimilation into production to assure fast and smooth (full independency & high quality) production process
  • Manage production interfaces inside operation and outside to enable well planned production flow while minimizing the risks
  • Define needs, recruit, train, develop and manage production HR with high quality and efficiency to support Nova’s production requirements
  • Responsible to employees safety by enforcement of Nova process and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Uncompromised delivery capabilities – meeting objectives and time-lines.
  • Assertive and creative to solve problems and strive for continues improvement
  • Dedicated, self-motivated and proactive
  • Customer orientation and collaboration with business partners 
  • High communication skills – Verbal/Written
  • Managerial experience matrix or direct 
  • High technological & technical background
