Role Description

Nova Korea is looking for a Sales / Service Coordinator in Yongin, Korea

You’ll be joining the Korea service team: 

We provide service to a large-scale install base, at leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide, responsible for training, installing and supporting all products. We foster teamwork, excellence, and innovation, making customer success our main goal.

Responsibilities

  • Review financial monthly report
  • Issue sales tax invoice
  • Issue sales commission invoice to HQ
  • Manage inventory list
  • Report monthly service revenue
  • Inventory purchase process & import clearance support
  • Open purchase PO management
  • Import Duty & Tax payment tracking
  • Stock counting with vendors and service team
  • Managing all purchasing issue in liaising with vendors and employees
  • Purchase office supplies & equipment maintaining proper stock level
  • Other administrative tasks regarding HQ, document, IT would be required if needed

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow and complete tasks with a high level of organization, responsibility, and efficiency, ability to provide excellent performance under pressure
  • Fluent English – Speaking, Reading, Writing
  • BA / B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management / Business Management or equivalent
  • +2 years of experience as Service coordinator in a global multi-disciplinary company
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Strong excel skills – Must be proficient in Excel (including formulas, functions, pivot etc..)
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • ERP systems – a must. ERP Priority - an advantage
