Role Description

The Global Service department at Nova is looking for a Global Business Director to support our growing service business.

This position is based at Israel and responsible to execute end to end Service Business sales requirements globally.

The CS Business Director will manage the global service business of all Nova divisions , lead and drive operational excellence, provide business forecasting, manage Service pricing and lead the company VAS (Value Added Services) portfolio.

The CS Business director will also be responsible on programs which enable revenue growth and customer satisfaction by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value added information, and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Global CS P&L ownership; Revenues and Profitability growth - seek ways to increase revenue and improve gross margin
  • Global Service Marketing - Business development, Service pricing, and productization of service shelf products
  • Responsibility for the sales and implementation of CS products & programs
  • Establishment and execution of business goals
  • Creation and preservation of close relationships with customers, understanding their needs, processes, and positioning vs. competition
  • Leading Multi Year planning of service products such as VAS (Valued Added Services) items and Service contracts.
  • Serve as the Internal focal point for all the departments, business units and regions for all CS business related topics and should work with them in order to create and optimize the CS offering to Nova customers
  • Maintaining and monitoring the delicate balance between customer satisfaction and profitable organization
  • Create cross company CS business “language” & alignment to reflect the customer needs across all divisions and all products
  • Provide quality products, tools & data to the regions to support their service sales efforts
  • CS Business project management - Ensure project’s success, on time, on-scope, on budget

Requirements

  • Experience selling Service Contracts
  • Managing service business of $50-100M
  • Knowledge in HW and SW sales processes
  • Semiconductor industry knowledge - an advantage
  • B.Sc. in industrial engineering or Mechanical/Electronic engineering with Minimum 5 years work experience
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of Sales and Service Operations field processes.- A must
  • Experience in Defining, Implementing and working with Global ERP/ CRM systems.
  • Strong ability in Multi-tasking, prioritizing projects, meeting deadlines and goals.
  • Ability to interface with Global multidisciplinary functions.
  • Good Knowledge transfer skills including frontal training and guidelines writing.
  • Proactive approach, takes ownership type personality
  • Good English language skill
