Role Description

The Service team at Nova is looking for a Service Site Lead to lead a team of service engineers and support one of our customers.

Responsibilities

What will you do as a Service Site Lead do?

  • Understand customer’s needs and translate them into a daily working plan for his team
  • Allocates assignments to the service team in his site and works collaboratively with any direct reports
  • Makes day-to-day decisions within or for the team
  • Serves as the professional and technical authority to the team
  • Shows professional management capabilities
  • Interfaces with the customer periodically
  • Implements definite working methods and regulations
  • Involved in every Eval, Beta, Proliferation and Acceptance in the site
  • Accept assignment of other tasks from time to time, and/or share resources as needed
  • Oversee & lead all escalations, Plan and Control, Prioritize and Coordinate for the site
  • Interface and engage with Service and PD to ensure all technical escalations are addressed
  • Responsible for knowledge setup, transfer, and collaboration to and from the site
  • Contribute to Service or Product business effort, identify new sources of income, work closely with the service and account management for penetration, technical presale, demos and proliferation
  • Contribute proactively to the product and service business success of the company
  • Contribute to the design of new Value-Added Services Products
Requirements
  • Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 3-5 years leadership skills and experience (Semiconductor preferred)
  • Understand the world of service (Procedures, protocols etc.)
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service orientated – ability to provide high quality service with required sense of urgency
  • Be highly organized and methodical
