Role Description

The Facilities department at Nova is looking for an energetic Facilities & IT Administrator

Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities – Facilities Team:

  • Member of the Facilities team
  • Support at the reception office (alternating sitting at the reception and providing service to the company's employees and guests)
  • Supervision and tracking of orders / invoices in the ERP system Production of reports from the system
  • Responsible for providing administrative service in the Facility Department
  • Accompanying various projects in the office, supporting and assisting the facility manager in all office procedures and tasks

Role & Responsibilities -IT Team:

  • Team member in the IT group
  • Monitoring the receipt of IT equipment
  • Handling software licensing applications
  • Tracking and replenishing inventory of support equipment (screens / mice / keyboards ....)
  • Management of deduction of old equipment from the books and donation
  • Tracking software licensing for departments
  • Documentation of working hours of integrators / suppliers with whom we have an hourly bank agreement.


Working hours - first (08:00 reception)


Requirements
  • High-level interpersonal communication
  • Excellent service consciousness
  • High teamwork ability
  • order and organization
  • English in good level

  • Systems control
  • Familiarity with the ERP (Priority) system is an advantage
  • Control of Office applications
