You’ll be joining the Materials Metrology Division team:

  • Our MMD team has a collaborative and familial like environment, and we pride ourselves on our innovativeness.

What will you do as a Buyer?

  • Purchase direct and indirect materials and services, components and equipment as driven by production or our engineering team
  • Ensure timely PO execution and address supplier’s quality, capacity, materials issues that may affect supply, communicates extended forecasts to suppliers as needed
  • Regularly communicates open order reports and actively ask to improve supplier commitments
  • Onboards suppliers for a given commodity, ensure NDAs and agreements are processed as needed
  • Active participation on scorecard review with suppliers and provide constructive feedback to help suppliers to improve
  • Timely review and execution of engineering change orders
  • Passion for procurement and supply chain, drive to learn and grow, comfortable with responsibility and visibility in a small team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Finance or equivalent preferred but not required depending on experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook—ability to pick up new applications and ERPs quickly a must
