Role Description

**Applicants can be located in Oregon or Bay Area, CA. If not, must be willing to relocate to either.**

The USA GBG Logistics Coordinator as the focal point for Nova territory Customers, Partners, service coordinators, Account Managers and Service Engineers is responsible for assisting the Country Business Manager and Nova HQ Material Manager in achieving Highest Customer Service quality and Customer satisfaction while maintaining the company Business objectives and procedures.

Logistics coordinator will work directly with Service Planners in Rehovot, Israel and Fremont, CA to ensure proper supply of material is ordered to support all Nova U.S. customers.

Responsibilities

What will you do as a Material Coordinator?

  • Work closely with a service coordinator, the Country Business Manager, Account managers, service managers, HQ material team on handling, forecasting, and ongoing customer related activities
  • Material handling in the US (good material transition within the US)
  • Arrange for warehouse transfers within the territory for support of Service calls when needed
  • Material handling from/TO the US
  • Import/Export support – work closely with partners on customs related shipping documents approvals and coordinate with HQ Export / Import team
  • Warehouse management with storage maintenance, delivery coordination, packing, transit inventory control, safety stock review and re-order point
  • Service calls with part usage follow up
  • Follow up on Tool down orders, ensure timely response from all relevant functionalities
  • Service Call control and review including Inventory balancing, ensure Billable Service calls are correctly charged, Manage Customer returns of faulty parts to HQ for repair (RMA)
  • Perform Quarterly Inventory count process
  • Ongoing review of Backlog and follow up on Spare parts orders; Work with HQ material team on supply dates and expedite orders when needed
  • Issue Delivery Notes for material provided to customers locally for revenue recognition purposes (Work with the territory Service coordinator on this; Initiator is the Service coordinator: Materia coordinator to issue the DN to FSE, Service coordinator to follow up on signature and receipt).
  • Work closely with a service coordinator and serve as backup to Service coordinator for all activities

Requirements
  • BA/BS in Business or equivalent years of experiences
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Service, Planning and Logistics in a public company
  • Expert Excel Skills—pivot tables, vlookup, sum, subtotal, concat, if, iserror, isblank, etc. Willingness to learn goes a long way.
  • Proficient in ERP systems knowledge
  • ERP systems – a must.  ERP Priority - an advantage
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proven strong analytical skills and ability to work on complex problems where analysis of the situation requires evaluation of identifiable factors; ability to lead complex what if analysis with multiple scenarios and as a result make comprehensive recommendations
  • Proven strong communication skills and ability to provide guidance effectively and efficiently to various teams within Operations and Service
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams as well as independently

Extra Spice:

  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Hebrew a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow and complete tasks with a high level of organization, responsibility, and efficiency
