The China Service Team at Nova is looking for an excellent service coordinator to provide support for service team and customers in Shanghai area.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing

  • Work closely with the Country Business Manager, service managers, and Account managers on forecasting, revenue and ongoing customer Business related activities.
  • End-to-End Order fulfillment from Opportunity to Quote to Customer Purchase order up to Delivery and cash collection escalations.
  • Sales Orders Backlog follow up, work closely with HQ team to align customer requirements, supply dates and shipping plan.
  • Work closely with the Service engineers, manage service call fulfillment, Safety stock follow up and re-ordering from HQ.
  • Manage Customer returns of faulty parts to HQ for repair (RMA).
  • Work closely with the HQ Global Service Business Operations teams for monthly/ quarterly revenue closing, customer forecast and communicate risks.

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow and complete tasks with a high level of organization, responsibility, and efficiency, ability to provide excellent performance under pressure.
  • Fluent English – Speaking, Reading, Writing
  • BA / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management / Business Management or equivalent.
  • +2 years of experience as Service coordinator in a global multi-disciplinary company.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Strong excel skills – Must be proficient in Excel (including formulas, functions, pivot etc.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • ERP systems – a must. ERP Priority - an advantage.
