What we are looking for:

Nova’s Global Sales and Service Business Operations team is seeking a Manager of Systems Sales (& Service) Operations Excellence, who will lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Nova’s ERP and CRM systems (Oracle and Salesforce). This role is pivotal in ensuring business process excellence, user enablement, and sales operations readiness through systems and tools.

You will be responsible for overseeing the system business team and providing first-line support for global users across all GBG functions. Your role will ensure that systems align with global operational standards and that processes are effectively executed across sales and service operations.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing:

ERP/CRM Implementation & Business Process Ownership

  • Lead the global business implementation and enhancement of Oracle ERP , CX and Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Define and optimize end-to-end business flows in the systems and required development: opportunity management, quotations, agreements, POs, contracts, RMAs, service calls, pricing, and new customer onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain approval matrices and system governance aligned with business rules.
  • Manage the systems support team, ensuring responsive and knowledgeable first-level support for global GBG users.

System Configuration, Optimization & Training

  • Work closely with IT and development partners to define system customizations, field configurations, workflows, user roles, and validation rules.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of user guides, training materials, and process documentation for the global biz operations users.
  • Provide training and guidance to global users to ensure system adoption and correct process execution.
  • Ensure high levels of data integrity, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions for system issues.

Sales Operations Enablement

  • Create system-driven reports and dashboards to support forecast accuracy, trend identification, and scenario planning.
  • Align CRM data, with production and inventory positions to support the operational cycle and the decision-making.
  • Ensure sales and service processes are aligned with operational and logistical requirements to enable seamless execution.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems, or Business Operations (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business systems management, ERP/CRM implementation, and 5 years as a manager.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRMRequired; Oracle ERPPreferred.
  • Proven experience designing and supporting sales/service process flows and system governance with strong ability to develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and supporting global user communities.
  • Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-driven, solutions-oriented, and capable of owning projects from design to delivery.
