What we are looking for:

We are embarking on a global ERP transformation journey, moving from Priority ERP to Oracle Fusion Cloud. To support this strategic initiative, we are expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Implementer who will play a key role in bridging IT and business operations.

The ERP team is responsible for leading the operational enterprise information systems, you will be part of our next-generation ERP solution.

You will work closely with supply chain stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to ensure the Oracle Cloud SCM solution supports business goals effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing:

  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for Oracle Cloud SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules: Procurement, Inventory and Manufacturing
  • Partner with global business teams to understand processes and translate them into Oracle Cloud functionality.
  • Drive configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support for Oracle SCM modules.
  • Ensure integration between SCM and other Oracle modules (Finance, Projects, etc.) as well as external systems.
  • Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve system performance and business satisfaction.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities during implementation.
  • Coordinate with Oracle support and manage SRs for issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle quarterly releases and drive adoption of relevant new features.

What Will You Do as Supply Chain System Analyst?

  • Lead and support Oracle Cloud SCM processes across global operations.
  • Be the voice of business in technical conversations and the voice of IT in business conversations.
  • Identify gaps and propose scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Train and guide end users during UAT and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and new capabilities.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain ERP system support, Oracle Cloud SCM- Major Benefit.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle modules: Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and terminology.
  • Experience with issue tracking, documentation, and support workflows.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or related field
