Role Description

As a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) at Nova, you take on a key role in ensuring an outstanding experience for our customers. You are the main point of contact for inquiries, manage customer‑related processes, and make sure that all requests are handled efficiently, on time, and with the highest level of quality.

With your strong communication skills and service‑oriented mindset, you coordinate internal stakeholders, support the resolution of technical or procedural questions, and ensure smooth communication throughout the entire customer journey. By understanding customer needs and proactively offering solutions, you help strengthen long‑term relationships and contribute to continuous improvement in our service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate entry and processing of business transactions in the ERP system from offer to invoice.
  • Independently manage and support an assigned customer portfolio across both service and sales functions.
  • Monitor and uphold all required delivery deadlines to guarantee timely fulfillment.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations in goods trading, with particular emphasis on foreign trade and export requirements.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and high customer satisfaction throughout the entire order process.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training with a solid basic understanding of commercial processes; very good German skills (written and spoken) required
  • Experience in foreign trade, especially in export procedures
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office and general systems/technical understanding
  • Experience with ERP systems and, ideally, handling Letters of Credit (LC)
  • Previous work experience in a similar customer service or order processing role
