Role Description
Nova is seeking a highly driven Facilities Infrastructure Manager to lead complex facility projects across our US operations. This role is focused on project management, cleanroom environments, construction oversight, lease negotiation, budgeting, and executive stakeholder engagement.
You will own the full lifecycle of facility projects- from site selection and lease negotiation through design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness - ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business growth.
This is a high-impact role supporting Nova’s expansion and advanced manufacturing footprint in the US.
Pay Range: $140,000- $165,000 Annually (DOE)

Responsibilities
Project & Construction Management
- Lead end-to-end facility projects including cleanroom buildouts, lab spaces, production environments, and office expansions.
- Oversee design development, contractor selection, construction execution, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and vendor performance.
- Ensure facilities meet operational, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Cleanroom & Technical Environment Expertise
- Support design and execution of cleanroom and controlled environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure facilities support manufacturing and metrology requirements.
- Oversee utilities, HVAC, and critical infrastructure upgrades.
Real Estate & Lease Management
- Support site selection and lease negotiations for US facilities.
- Partner with leadership and external brokers to evaluate real estate strategy.
- Manage lease-in, lease-out, and landlord relationships.
Budget & Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage capital project budgets.
- Track project costs, forecast spend, and ensure financial accountability.
- Balance cost efficiency with long-term infrastructure needs.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related projects in the US.
- Communicate project status, risks, and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively.
EHS Support
- Ensure facility projects align with OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Partner with the Safety Officer and EHS team to maintain compliance during construction and operations.
- Support implementation of safety and environmental standards within facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, life sciences etc. or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 8 + years facilities management experience in utilities and maintenance
- Excellent working knowledge of all technical services in a modern office and productions buildings
- Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 – 50001, 27001 is advantageous.
- Knowledge of EHS standards- OSHA and other environmental regulations
- Travel domestically is required up to 30%
