Role Description
The system engineering team is a multidisciplinary team of physicists and engineers that lead and define the development of novel technologies and advanced solutions for high standard metrology products all the way from early research stages to full product delivery. These systems combine advanced HW & mechanical design with complex optical systems, electronics, motion and control, algorithmic solutions and SW.
We develop metrological products for challenging applications in the semiconductor industry - Demanding accuracy, precision, fast & high-rate measurement operation, all together with the high robustness standards associated with high-volume manufacturing (HVM) production lines of our customers.
The system engineer is required to demonstrate both innovative and critical thinking together with methodological and precise scientific investigation, both broad and in-depth understanding of complex multi-disciplinary systems with strong insight of the physics and algorithms defining its performance.
The system engineer is required not only to perform as a technology expert but also hold a firm understanding of the broad view related to the many stake holders - Customer requirements, marketing and business, service challenges and production capabilities. The system engineer defines the technology that will solve the problem, but also how the customer will use it. The system engineer develops the technology but also the delivery plan and method, down to all the last details.
We are looking for innovative multidisciplinary experts that have strong insight and scientific thinking that are pro-active team players and push for high standard delivery.
