Role Description
The IT Team at Nova is looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented Help Desk Technician to support our growing technical operations in Fremont, CA. You will have the opportunity to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while delivering best-in-class support to employees across multiple departments. Your strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge will be fully utilized as you assist users via phone, email, and in-person support. You will work closely with IT engineers and business teams to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement of our support systems.
Pay Range: $85,000- $110,000 Annually (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with global IT teams (Infrastructure, Cyber, Applications)
- Responsible for supporting US users.
- 1st and 2nd Tier of Microsoft Windows client support (Windows 10 and 11)
- Workstation hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Installation and support of user environment
- Support peripheral equipment
- User and permission management
Requirements
- Team player with a will-do attitude
- Cisco Certified Network Associate Certificate is a plus
- At least 3 years of IT support experience
- Experience with endpoints running Windows 10 & 11
- Experience with small project management
- Experience Microsoft Office 365 support
- Must have identity management support experience
- Networking experience
