What we are looking for
The Service Department at Nova is looking for a Service Business Manager to support our business and drive its growth. In this role, you will become an integral part of the Service organization, drafting and negotiating service contact agreements, selling value added service projects while maintaining excellent customer relationship.
Responsibilities
- Proactive seek ways to increase revenue and improve gross margin in team.
- Co-work with Service Marketing - Business development, Service pricing, and productization of service shelf products
- Responsibility for the sales and implementation of CS products & programs
- Align with Manager to execution of business goals
- Creation and preservation of close relationships with customers, understanding their needs, processes, and positioning vs. competition
- Join with year planning of service products such as VAS (Valued Added Services) items and Service contracts
- Work with Taiwan local team for CS business to create and optimize the CS offering to Nova Taiwan customers
- Responsible to maintain and monitor the delicate balance between customer satisfaction and profitable organization
Requirements
- BA/B.Sc. in engineering or Business Academic degree (MBA)
- 10+ years of experience in selling service products of capital equipment companies
- Experience in Semiconductor Process/Process Control Capital equipment market – advantage
- Proven experience in leading sales processes, negotiation and building customer relationship
