What we are looking for:
The Production team at Nova is looking for Integration Team Leader for Nova's Integrated Metrology line products.
As an Integration TL you will lead a team of 10 employees end repot to the Line Manager. You will be accountable to the team delivery and quality while working with the planning and Engineering departments.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
- Manage the integration team to meet objectives focused on 100% On Time delivery, while maintaining high quality.
- Strive for cycle time reduction, production independence, first yield improvement and other KPIs.
- Build and maintain integration infrastructure: processes, procedures, knowledge, jigs etc.
- Assist the line manager in overseeing integration interfaces both within the operation and externally. (e.g. Eng., WH, planning, SRV, PD, etc.).
- Build and maintain highly motivated production integration team keeping Nova’s unique culture and spirit (good atmosphere, mutual support, and serviceability with high commitment).
- Focus on core values: professionalism, accountability & efficiency.
- Actively involvement in quality and ongoing improvement of the product’s integration and alignment.
- Define needs, recruit, train, develop and manage production
Requirements
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Proved Hands-on capabilities with integration, calibration, and troubleshooting – a must.
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications, lab electronic measurement equipment – a must.
- Proficiency in English both oral and writing – a must.
- Previous experience in leading technical team.
- Experience in semiconductors – an advantage.
