Role Description
Nova is seeking a temporary HR Generalist (for a period of 9 months) to join our HR team and support a growing division of over 400 employees. As a key member of the division’s HR team, you will report to the divisional HR manager and play a central role in driving a positive employee experience throughout the full employee life cycle.
In this role, you will partner with managers and employees across functions to provide hands-on support in HR operations, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. You’ll be part of Nova’s dynamic global HR organization — shaping our culture, supporting organizational growth, and helping people thrive.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding.
- Maintain HR systems and data accuracy across HRIS, attendance, and performance tools.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll execution and compliance.
- Oversee benefits administration, insurance enrollment, and statutory reporting in alignment with local requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems for scalability and efficiency.
- Support global and cross-functional HR initiatives, collaborating closely with HR-Centers of Excellence and business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 3+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a large, fast-paced organization.
- Proven experience in HR administration, employee relations, and data management.
- Strong command of HRIS tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to details, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- A proactive, “can-do” mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience supporting large employee populations (>400).- Advantage
