As a Customer Service Team Lead (m/f/d), you will guide and develop a team of 3 colleagues, oversee the complete quotation‑to‑delivery process, and ensure smooth, accurate, and customer‑focused operations. You will also be responsible for meeting all export and foreign trade requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and acting as the primary escalation point for complex cases.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 FTEs, ensuring smooth daily operations and continuous team growth
- Oversee the full order-to-invoice process, including quotations, order management, delivery coordination, and customer communication
- Ensure compliant handling of all export and foreign trade requirements, including documentation, export control, and Incoterms
- Act as the central interface to Sales, Logistics, Finance, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective collaboration
- Serve as the escalation point for complex cases and provide clear KPI reporting, root cause analyses, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Completed commercial training and solid foundational commercial understanding
- Practical experience in foreign trade, especially export processes
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and good general IT/ERP understanding
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or order processing role
- First leadership experience or strong team‑leading skills (e.g., coordination, coaching, or acting as a deputy)
