The Korea HR team is responsible for the total employee life cycle and experience. You’ll be joining the global HR Team and will report to Korea HR Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the local/Global employee experience activities/initiatives (e.g. Happy Hour, ESG Volunteering activities, Employee b-day, Festival Events, Employee Fam trip (Body Training)
- Support for the employee life cycle process, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, internal move, and offboarding process
- Prepare employment certificates, insurance enrollment, profile filing, medical checks, Maternity leave/Childcare leave application filing.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll data, including overtime review, validation and administration in compliance with the company policies and applicable regulations.
- Responsible for the Promoting the use of Annual leave process (documentation, filing)
- Partner with the HQ marketing for the Employer Brand
- Ad-hoc day to day HR operation/inquiries
Requirements
- 2+ years working experience in HR admin roles or similar.
- Good English, both written and oral.
- Good MS PC skills, familiar with Excel, Word, PPT etc.
- Detail oriented, self-driven and strong can-do spirit
- Logical and good problem shooting ability, sense of continuous improvement, integrity and sense of confidentiality.
- Open minded and good communication skills.
