Role Description
What we are looking for:
The Procurement Department at Nova plays a central role in supporting the company’s business operations by sourcing and procuring the goods and supplies required across the organization.
Our mission is to build and maintain strong supplier relationships, secure the best value for the company, and ensure accurate, efficient coordination of all related documentation, processes, and activities.
As part of Nova’s Procurement Department, you will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including agreement negotiations, delivery management, and control of purchasing processes, while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and focal points.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
- Manage Sourcing, Negotiation, contracts Deliveries and strategic supplier’s performance
- Define procurement and sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
- Explore cost effective solutions along new business opportunities
- Full ownership on agreement editing
- Managing and executing diverse procurement activities across multiple domains, including HR, Finance, Software, and Facilities.
- Review, evaluate, and approve specifications and requirements for issuing and awarding supplier bids through the RFQ process.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships, including commercial aspects, R&D collaboration, and delivery performance.
- Lead and manage integrated, cross-functional project teams.
- Initiate and implement new operational processes and improved working methodologies.
- Actively participate in strategic initiatives aimed at driving cost-reduction projects.
- Evaluate markets and sources of supply across the agreed product and service portfolio.
- Ensure all records related to areas of responsibility are accurately maintained, managed, and reported in full compliance with required procedures.
Requirements

- B.A. in Economics / Business administration
- M.A in Business/Commercial/ Industrial engineering- Advantage
- 6-Up years of experience in similar position – Must
- High level of negotiation knowledge and skills – Must
- High level of English, both written and spoken – Must
- Presentation skills to multi level audiences
- ERP handling (Priority - advantage)
