Data Analytics Software Director - Nova is seeking a Director of Data Analytics Software to lead the development of a data analytics platform that expands the value customers derive from our advanced metrology tools. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Engineering. The Director will own the creation and extension of a product that leverages divisional tool data to deliver actionable insights, productivity improvements, and measurable business value for semiconductor manufacturers. This position is unique in its combination of small-team agility, deep technical ownership, and the use of a Python-driven Big Data application that enables targeted feature development. This role interfaces cross-divisionally with other platform teams, collaborates with the tool software team, and partners closely with Marketing and divisional leadership to align priorities and roadmap execution. It offers the opportunity to define both architecture and strategy while remaining directly engaged in feature delivery. Pay Range: $290,000- $320,000 Annually (DOE)
