Vendor Scheduler - What we are looking for: Nova is looking for a Vendor Scheduler to join our Procurement organization and support our growing business and operational needs.As a Vendor Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring effective execution of the purchasing and supply process, from purchase order approval and supplier confirmation through delivery to Nova.You will work closely with our suppliers and with cross-functional teams including Planning, Material, R&D, Buyers and Finance, ensuring supplier commitments are aligned with Nova's requirements, material shortages are addressed proactively, and deliveries are executed on time.This is a dynamic, execution-oriented role that requires strong ownership, excellent follow-up capabilities and the ability to manage multiple suppliers, orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Tactical Buyer - What we are looking for: The central role of Procurement department is to source and procure supplies or goods used in the company’s business activity and spending.Our mission includes building and maintaining core supplier relationships, getting the best value on goods and coordinating all relevant documentation activities and processes accurately and efficiently.Once joining Nova Procurement Department, you will manage purchasing activities include Agreements negotiation, Deliveries management and purchasing process control along Preserving high level of interpersonal relationships with relevant focal points.

Strategic Sourcing Buyer - The Strategic Sourcing Buyer is responsible for all product-related (direct procurement) strategic sourcing activities across Nova divisions in Low-Cost Regions. This includes supplier identification and qualification, sourcing strategy development, market intelligence and analysis, supplier selection, and commercial negotiations.The Strategic Sourcing Buyer focuses on long-term procurement strategy and supplier relationship development and is not responsible for day-to-day transactional purchasing activities.In addition, the Strategic Sourcing Buyer provides support for indirect procurement activities in the Asia-Pacific (AP) region, as required.
