This role will take ownership in leading strategic recruitment, lead academia partnerships, and employer brand activities while acting as a trusted partner to the business.The Talent Acquisition Partner Lead will play a key role in shaping Nova’s talent strategy in Taiwan, ensuring a strong pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates, and strengthening our presence in the local talent market.The TA Lead will report directly to Regional HR head and collaborate closely with both global and local teams.
Talent Acquisition Partner - The Talent Acquisition Partner (TA) will be part of the global TA team and will work closely with global and local internal and external interfaces, reporting directly to the U.S. HR Director. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end to end recruiting processes from sourcing to, drafting & negotiating job offers. Alongside these important and crucial tasks, the TA partner will lead the U.S. Employer brand efforts in academy relations, referral programs and echoing the Nova employer brand to potential candidates.Nova provides insights into process control in the world’s most technologically advanced Semiconductor industry.
