HR Generalist- Maternity leave replacement - Nova is seeking a temporary HR Generalist (for a period of 9 months) to join our HR team and support a growing division of over 400 employees. As a key member of the division’s HR team, you will report to the divisional HR manager and play a central role in driving a positive employee experience throughout the full employee life cycle.In this role, you will partner with managers and employees across functions to provide hands-on support in HR operations, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. You’ll be part of Nova’s dynamic global HR organization — shaping our culture, supporting organizational growth, and helping people thrive.
