What we are looking for
Nova Ltd. is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to manage and oversee the international shipping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulations and handle all necessary documentation to facilitate smooth and efficient export processes.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
- Manage end-to-end export shipments (air and sea).
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues.
- Develop and implement structured work procedures with relevant stakeholders and interfaces to ensure efficient and optimized management of the shipping plan.
- Analyze data to improve logistics performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify additional cost-saving opportunities through proactive planning and coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in export coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Experience with logistics software and systems is a plus.
