What we are looking for:
Infrastructure Service Experts support Nova’s worldwide FSEs in the installation and ongoing maintenance of fleet management and HPC server tools.
Nova’s Fleet Management Servers enable monitoring and control capabilities that simplify system management and enhance the productivity of Nova tools in the fab. The platform’s ability to process and analyze large volumes of fleet and metrology data, using advanced analytics, provides customers with intelligent and predictive insights into tool performance and process trends. These servers serve as the core of Nova’s measurement systems.
In this role, you will instruct, train, and support FSEs across all aspects of Nova’s server infrastructure.
The Service Infrastructure Expert also acts as a key interface between field issues and the development team, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
- Provide fast response to resolve or identify workarounds for critical issues raised by the field
- Act as a liaison between the field and the development team to address issues related to the installed base
- Support FSEs in ongoing sustaining activities for server tools
- Communicate required activities and surveys to FSEs
- Train relevant field personnel on new tools architecture, installations, and SW & HW upgrades
- Present service-related aspects in new server PLC meetings
- Travel to support sites and activities that require expert support

Requirement
- Networking and computing technical experience
- Multi-Platform OS Administration: experience in Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Servers and Cluster architecture knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft infrastructure capabilities
- SQL Data Base Management Experience
- Storage Characterization
- VMware experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft PowerShell scripting -Advantage
